Hiện tại, PGS. TS. Vũ Văn Giáp là Phó Giám đốc Bệnh viện Bạch Mai, Tổng Thư ký Hội Hô hấp Việt Nam, Giảng viên Cao cấp Bộ môn Nội tổng hợp, Trường Đại học Y Hà Nội.
